1. Engagement Process

   All pricing is subject to change; confirmed at engagement.

3. Client Eligibility
   Clients must be 18 years or older and residents of the USA.
   Clients must act ethically and not engage in criminal activity.
   FNMedia employs investigators with government and military intelligence backgrounds to enforce this.

4. Client Responsibilities
   Clients agree to remain communicative to avoid project delays.
   Clients accept FNMedia as the specialist and strategic advisor.
   Clients must comply with the Refund Policy.

5. Privacy & Security
   FNMedia follows PCI DSS standards for payment security.
   Clients agree FNMedia is not liable for privacy breaches beyond reasonable control.

6. Liability & Hold Harmless
   Clients hold FNMedia harmless from liabilities arising from misuse or unethical conduct.
   FNMedia aims for error-free service and will address mistakes promptly and fairly.
