Yes. Always. We published a pricing framework as a reference point — not a take-it-or-leave-it menu. Every project is different. Budgets vary. We adapt. For larger projects we break payment into milestones so you’re never writing a check for work that hasn’t been delivered. And we often waive the final milestone entirely — because that’s how we’d want to be treated.

$49/hr for straightforward hourly work. But most projects don’t work that way — we scope by deliverable and milestone, not by the clock. You shouldn’t be paying for us to think. You should be paying for results. The hourly rate exists for clients who need it. Most don’t end up using it.

No. We don’t ask for retainer lock-ins before we’ve earned your trust. Deposits are required for project work — typically 50% for smaller projects, milestone-based for larger ones. We structure payment so you’re always paying for work that’s already been delivered, not work that might get delivered someday.

Yes. Fully managed, completely hands-off for you if that’s what you need. We make decisions based on your goals, keep you updated without overwhelming you, and handle everything from strategy to execution. Most clients end up self-sustaining over time — we coach you up while we’re doing the work so you’re not dependent on us forever. But if you want us to just handle it — we handle it.
