1. Services (Deposits, Retainers, and Project Payments)
- Deposits and Retainers: A deposit or retainer is required to initiate work on any project. This initial payment is non-refundable. It secures our commitment and covers the initial resources and planning involved in your project. We encourage you to engage with us throughout the project to ensure you receive the full value of your investment.
- Staged Payments: Payments for ongoing services are scheduled based on an agreed-upon project plan. Due to the custom, labor-intensive nature of our work, all payments for services rendered are non-refundable. Similar to a legal retainer, payments compensate for the time, effort, and intellectual property developed up to that point.
- Cancellations: You may cancel your project at any time. However, payments made up to the point of cancellation are non-refundable.
2. Tangible and Virtual Products (T-Shirts, Guides, etc.)
We stand by the quality of our tangible and virtual products.
- Defective Products: Refunds or replacements are only issued for products that are defective. If you believe your product is defective, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. We require a clear photograph or other reasonable proof of the defect. Upon verification, we will work with you to provide a replacement or a refund.
- Downloadable Products (Guides, etc.): If you experience a failure in the download process, please contact us. We will authorize a new download at no additional cost. Refunds for downloadable products are considered on a case-by-case basis.

To ensure the security of your financial information and maintain PCI DSS compliance, all refund processes adhere to the following standards:
- Secure Processing: All refunds are processed exclusively through our secure payment gateway. We do not store, access, or handle your full credit card number, CVV, or expiration date.
- No Unsecured Communication: FNMedia Ltd Co. will never ask for your credit card details via email, phone, or any unsecured communication.
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued only to the original form of payment used for the purchase.
4. How to Request a Refund
All refund requests for defective products must be submitted in writing. Please provide the following information in your request:

- Your order number.
- A clear explanation of the issue or defect.
- Photographic proof of the defect, if applicable.
